Within each of us lives the child who once sounded freely.
Who cried, who laughed without restraint.
Who sang simply because it felt good and energy wanted to move

Many of us learned to quiet that voice. To adapt. To refine ourselves into something acceptable.

We chose connection with others: parents, caregivers. And we lost connection with ourselves..

During these three days, we gently peel back those layers.

Through voice work, silence, movement, song, and inquiery we reconnect to that original field of sound. The place before self-judgment. Before shrinking. Before performing.

Here, your inner child is not something to “fix.” It is something to welcome back into the circle.
